A couple nights ago, I was driving in an unknown area and I was driving slowly because it was dark and I was looking for a specific street sign. I noticed a light glow of light in my rearview mirror, but it was strangely light. Headlights would have blinded me, but this didn't.
I realized that it was a car that was driving so close behind mine that I couldn't see its headlights in my rearview mirror. What the f*ck. Seriously? That's ridiculously dangerous. There's only one lane for you to legally drive in, so I can understand that you might be annoyed that I'm going slowly ... but to tailgate me that badly is nothing short of dangerous.
I guess these people just got way too pissed off at me, because they decided to cross the double yellow line, swerve in front of me, pollute my air with their bullsh!t young people music (yes, I said that, and yes, I consider myself to be above the "popular" music on the radio), and flick me off. Get this--the person who gave me the finger was in the back seat.
AUGH. WHAT a bunch of a$$holes. I hate b!tches like that. Calm the f*ck down, I wanted to yell out my window. I wanted to scream, YEAH, well learn how to drive before you do that, b!tches. ARGH.
Another story that makes me SO angry:
my cousin had driven back to Michigan all the way from Louisiana, only to get rear ended on the first day he got back. He was on a trip to a local grocery store. He was in one-lane construction traffic, and he was rear-ended by a giant Silverado. Who was driving this Silverado? A sixteen-year old, accompanied by another sixteen-year old. I can't remember the restrictions on sixteen-year old drivers, but all that sh!t aside, HOW DO YOU REAR-END SOMEONE IN CONSTRUCTION ZONE TRAFFIC. What the f*ck. We got that little b!tch's mother to pay us $1000some, because we were nice and decided to use that quote instead of the $2600some quote we also got. I felt bad for his mother, but at the same time I hope this wasn't a product of her potentially bad parenting. That little b!tch was a distracted driver, distracted by a friend and by some blasting music, and tried to get my cousin to not call the cops. I'm glad he did, though. And I hope that b!tch gets punished somehow. He is such a lucky little bastard.
I see inconsiderate driving and distracted driving too often. It's ridiculous. You b!tches should keep your focus on the road and prioritize your life (as well as the lives of others) over your f*cking text messages or makeup or sandwiches or whatever the f*ck. Some of my own friends drive ridiculously; some have zero sense of direction and drive absolutely erratically while being directed (scary) or when lost (scarier), some have the heaviest foot I've ever seen, and some blast their music so loud that they are unable to hear the blare of someone's horn telling them to get out of the way (or die).
Just like there are good and bad drivers, there are also good and bad passengers. Sometimes, passengers can be helpful. I have had a passenger save my life when she screamed at the dumba$$ driver to STOP because she was too busy jamming out to some generic sh!t music to notice that if she would have turned left, we would have all been dead. Sometimes, they provide helpful directions. Sometimes, they talk with you and keep you awake when you are driving through the night. ^_^
Usually, I find passengers to be annoying as all hell when they are "helping" me drive. How many times do the passenger seat drivers attempt to direct me by pointing? What the f*ck. Are you trying to make me take my eyes off the road so I can read your super vague signals? This is supremely unhelpful. You have a mouth, so open it and use your words. Dammit. BOTH of my parents do this. HOW irritating. Another thing that's irritating is when they ask me to do climate control or music control while I'm driving. DUDE. You're RIGHT there. Do it yourself. And finally, I hate it when people negatively comment on my driving style or make fun of how I'm driving. Do you want me to pull over so that you can switch with me? Do you want to drive this car? If yes, then I will do so and then I can criticize every little mistake you make from the passenger seat. If not, then shut the f*ck up and let me drive. FFFF.
Maybe I'm on edge lately because I have some interviews coming up soon and because school is about to start, but come on. People. Get your sh!t together. AUGH. Okay. End rage induced post.
(And about that motherland photo update... sorry I haven't done that yet, but I will do that.)
